K-12 Extremism regulars Thuraya Zeidan, Abeer Ramadan-Shinnawi and TeachingWhileMuslim mourn Yahya Sinwar

Zeidan, a teacher at Passaic High School in New Jersey who runs “DecolonizetheClassroom” took to instagram to mourn the death of Sinwar - the architect of the October 7th massacre, the single deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.

Likewise, Abeer Ramadan-Shinnawi, who runs Altair Education Consulting which runs professional development and curriculum development programs for teachers, mourned the “lion” Sinwar - posting the following video to her instagram stories:

Ramadan-Shinnawi will speak at a conference hosted by Sharif El-Mekki, recently profiled in the Free Press. Ramadan-Shinnawi presented at the conference last year and will again this year. El-Mekki comments on her post of last year - looking forward to her presentation.
